Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, person‑centred care that aligns with clinical standards
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care within scope
- Support residents’ physical, emotional, social, and cultural needs
- Update care plans to reflect changing health requirements
- Ensure compliance with clinical governance and quality systems
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Promote dignity, well-being, and a nurturing environment
Key Skills / Qualifications Required
- Unrestricted AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Post‑registration nursing experience (Aged Care desirable)
- Clear communication and strong clinical judgement
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise effectively
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Full working rights in Australia
- Current Australian driver’s licence
Salary & Bonus Benefits
- $45.29 – $57.06 per hour (depending on experience)
- Plus 12% superannuation, penalties, and allowances
- Salary packaging up to $15,900 to increase take‑home pay
- Sign‑on and retention bonuses up to $29,500 over 24 months
